Lunch plan for next week

Rice is provided from school. Hence Free

Mon: Fried eggs with tomatoes and rice  $5HKD ( 0.64USD)

Tue: Tin of Sardine with boiled vegetable and rice $16HKD (2.05USD)

Wed: Tin of baked beans with boiled cucumber and rice $11HKD (1.41USD)

Thu: Fried eggs with onions and rice $4.6HKD (0.58USD)

Fri: Tin of Sardine with boiled vegetable and rice $15HKD (1.9USD)

Total: 51.6HKD (6.6USD)

The thing I am worried is too much tin food which have so high sodium which is not good for health….thinking of solution now… such a challenge as I don’t have a fridge here and I can’t store food geeeee any thoughts?
